Outdoor Family Session by St Charles Family Photographer

Each year, I donate a number of Family Sessions to local auctions. St. Charles Borromeo Dinner Auction is one of the regular recipients. Thank you to all who bid on the auctions and support your favorite organizations. This is one of those donation sessions and I love the wonderful people I meet as a result. We photographed it in the beautiful summertime – but since I haven’t yet shared it on the blog, I thought I’d send some warm thoughts on this chilly day. 🙂

New Town is a great location and offers many great views. Our biggest challenge is usually wind and of course, it did not disappoint. In spite of a few wind gusts, we had a great session.  I told these two siblings to pretend that they like each other; I have a feeling they actually do.

The lake made an even better background.  And, I assure you that the sky is REAL and not “photoshopped”.  It was a gorgeous day for real!

We do accept a select few new auctions each year and welcome your inquiries.   Not all auctions are accepted.  Churches/Schools and 501(c) charities are most likely approved for our donations.
